This role partners close with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related field).
  • 5+ Years of Progressive HR Experience.
  • Demonstrated Management-level Responsibilities Experience.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of State’s Employment Laws, Regulations, and Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
  • FMLA, PFMLA, ADA, Unemployment Claims, and Benefits Administration Experience.
  • Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience Sufficient to Perform the Essential Functions of the Job, as Determined by the Company.
  • Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
