About The Position

This position is for a Human Resources Level II role, working 8 hours per day for 235 days a year. The incumbent must achieve specific outcomes and perform responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Key duties include complying with ethical standards, upholding regulations and policies, maintaining confidentiality of information, articulating and implementing district/department mission and goals, promoting customer service, and performing various clerical and human resources duties. This includes tracing licensure information, processing and updating HR personnel software, preparing, processing, and filing employee information, and reviewing/assisting with policies. The role requires sound judgment and initiative in planning, prioritizing, and completing assignments, anticipating needs, following through on complex processes, and contributing to team objectives.

  • Upholds and enforces rules, administrative directives and regulations, school board policies, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Complies with District/Department rules, procedures, administrative directives, and state statutes concerning the confidentiality of personnel, student, and district information.
  • Articulates and implements district/department mission and goals of the strategic plan.
  • Promotes and implements customer service philosophies within service-oriented organization.
  • Performs all assigned clerical duties and other assigned human resources duties.
  • Traces licensure information with the Public Education Department.
  • Shares in the processing and updating of information on the HR personnel software packages (TalentEd, Frontline, Visions, etc).
  • Prepares, processes, and files employee information.
  • Reviews and Assists with policy/organization.
  • Exercises sound judgment and initiative in planning, prioritizing, and completing assignments.
  • Anticipates required actions, follows through on complex processes, and contributes to the successful completion of team objectives.
