About The Position

The JD Young (JDY) Internship Program is designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting employees across multiple Atalanta sites. You will be the go-to HR support for 2–3 warehouses at our Atalanta sites, with an HR Lead serving as your mentor and partner. You will learn the employee journey from onboarding to performance reviews and offboarding, assist with reviewing timecards and ensuring attendance tracking accuracy and compliance, help leadership investigate employee questions and document situations, and become a resource for managers and team members regarding company policies and employment guidelines.

Requirements

Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Human Resources Bachelor/Master's degree or a related field.
English language proficiency is essential.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and task completion.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to learn new systems such as HRIS, ERP, and payroll/timekeeping systems.

Nice To Haves

Chinese language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide HR support for 2-3 warehouses at Atalanta sites.
Assist with new hire onboarding.
Support performance review processes.
Help with employee offboarding.
Review timecards and ensure attendance tracking accuracy and compliance.
Assist leadership in investigating employee questions and documenting situations.
Help managers and team members understand company policies and basic employment guidelines.
