About The Position

This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting employees across multiple Atalanta sites. The intern will be the go-to HR support for 2-3 warehouses at our Atalanta sites, with an HR Lead serving as a mentor and partner. The role involves learning the employee journey from onboarding to performance reviews and offboarding, assisting with the operational side of HR by reviewing timecards and ensuring accurate attendance tracking, and learning to navigate workplace dynamics by assisting leadership with employee questions and documenting situations. The intern will also become a trusted resource for managers and team members regarding company policies and basic employment guidelines.

Requirements

Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Human Resources Bachelor/Master's degree or a related field.
English language skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and task completion.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to learn new systems such as HRIS, ERP, and payroll/timekeeping systems.
Open to OPT.

Nice To Haves

Chinese language skills are preferred.
