As a Human Resources Intern at United Launch Alliance you'll gain hands-on experience and will have the opportunity to: Focus on HR functional Centers of Excellence , learn various HR Systems , and gain experience supporting Critical functions (Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, etc ) S upport one or more unique assignments that support key HR initiatives as well as experience the day-to-day workings of the business side of the aerospace industry . Own and complete an HR project that contributes to the effectiveness of the organization. Interns may perform and/or participate in additional activities/events which help them build a strong network within the ULA community and with fellow interns !

Requirements

  • At minimum completed Sophomore year of college or university by the time of the summer internship assignment.
  • Must have a minimum college GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale at the time of application: cumulative, no rounding.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and motorized vehicle transportation if assigned an internship in Alabama; California; Florida; or Pueblo, Colorado. For Denver, Colorado and Washington, DC, motorized transportation is recommended.
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, Business, or relevant field from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have plans to be enrolled in classes during Fall Semester 2027.
  • Ability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Effective presentation, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage analytical and quantitative skills while reviewing hard data and/or metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Must be able to complete an internship at any of the below United Launch Alliance locations: Denver, CO
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined in ITAR 22 CFR 120.62 (e.g., U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or protected individual).
