About The Position

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation date no earlier than December 2027
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Knowledge of current human resources practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master's degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organization Development (or closely related field)
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute deliverables within the agreed upon timeframe and budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to integrate and summarize information into an easy to understand format

  • High level of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Provide manager and employee support in areas of employee development, performance management, organization effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
  • Gain exposure to compensation and incentive design, compensation administration, job evaluation, and health and wellness benefits.
  • Source, review, and evaluate candidates, while managing the candidate experience.
  • Support HR technology, project management, analytics, self-service, and payroll.
  • Facilitate the resolution of workplace issues, learning about employee investigations, employment policies, case management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Gain experience working with business units and councils to define and execute D&I strategies.
  • Partner with other HR functions to support enterprise D&I work, such as data reporting, development programs, and talent identification.
  • Expose to operationalizing engagement measurement, programs, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive employee engagement strategies and share insights and best practices.
