Internships typically occur during Fall, Spring, and Summer and range in length between 10 – 13 weeks. You will be notified when the internship recruitment process starts so you can confirm your interest! Recent Human Resources internships include (but not limited to): Human Resources Generalist Expand your knowledge of all things HR, with our Human Resources Internship. Your experience will include things like supporting employee initiatives, planning events, developing training materials, updating onboarding, working on the company benefits website, and using Workday as an HRIS system. Interns will observe operations, shadow team members, and collaborate across departments. Talent Acquisition Intern Explore your career options as a Talent Acquisition Intern! This internship offers valuable experience supporting the Talent Acquisition team from both an operations perspective and supporting administrative reporting and other activities. Responsibilities include assisting with the full cycle recruiting process, managing candidate communications, updating applicant tracking systems, and supporting various administrative tasks. Interns will gain experience in recruiting operations, data management, and communication, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in progress (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred)
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Progress in your degree that is related to HR or other related fields
