About The Position

This is a part-time paid internship in Talent Acquisition, offering hands-on experience in recruiting, HR technology, data, employee experience, and learning & development. The intern will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and work on-site at the office in Spanish Fork.

Requirements

• Working toward a degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
• Curious, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with technology, data, and learning new systems
• A strong communicator
• A “let’s make it better” mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage iCIMS, polish job postings, and support hiring managers.
• Build recruiting dashboards and uncover insights from hiring metrics.
• Track new hire milestones (30/60/90/180 days) and share insights with leaders.
• Support the Tyfoom learning platform and edit micro-learning videos.
• Assist with onboarding, I-9s, career fairs, HR systems, and special projects.
