About The Position

This is a part-time paid internship in Talent Acquisition, offering hands-on experience in recruiting, HR technology, data, employee experience, and learning & development. The intern will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and work on-site at the office in Spanish Fork. The internship duration will be determined based on the intern's availability, schedule, and fit for the role. The role involves supporting the hiring process, analyzing recruiting data, tracking new hire milestones, assisting with a learning platform, and contributing to various HR functions like onboarding and career fairs.

Requirements

• Working toward a degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Curious, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with technology, data, and learning new systems.
• A strong communicator.
• A “let’s make it better” mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage iCIMS and polish job postings.
• Support hiring managers.
• Build recruiting dashboards and analyze hiring metrics.
• Track new hire milestones (30/60/90/180 days) and share insights.
• Support the Tyfoom learning platform and edit micro-learning videos.
• Assist with onboarding, I-9s, career fairs, HR systems, and special projects.
