Internship Overview: Ibility is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations within a growing organization. particularly those curious about government consulting, veteran-owned businesses, and purpose-driven leadership.

Requirements

  • Interest in federal government contracting (GovCon) recruiting and HR operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with interest in recruiting metrics and data tracking
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in compliance, documentation standards, and structured hiring processes
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Interest in government consulting, veteran-owned businesses, or mission-driven organizations
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative virtual environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or ATS systems is a plus
  • Self-starter - can work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and help coordinate interviews
  • Draft and post job descriptions
  • Maintain candidate tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation
  • Help maintain HR trackers and employee records
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements
