About The Position
Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2027 Human Resources Intern to join our HR Team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other avenues.
Requirements
- Currently a college student enrolled in Human Resources, Business, or related program
Responsibilities
- Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle
- Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
- Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
- Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
- Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience
