About The Position

Our HR internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and meaningful connections that will help shape your future career. As an HR Intern you will support the HR team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as talent acquisition, organizational development, communications, and learning & development.
From day one, you'll engage in interactive workshops, networking events, and leadership discussions that provide insight into the industry. You'll collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to different departments to broaden your skill set. Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to connect with mentors and showcase your work in a final project. By the end of your internship, you’ll walk away with valuable experience, a strong professional network, and a deeper understanding of your career path.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Passionate about the healthcare industry and eager to learn
