The Human Resources Summer Intern will support key strategic initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is designed to provide practical experience in HR policy development, regulatory compliance, and operational execution. The intern will be responsible for driving two critical projects: (1) the comprehensive revision of the Company’s Leave of Absence (LOA) policy to ensure alignment with federal and California regulations, and (2) coordination of the administrative transition to a new employee badging and facility access system. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational capability, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments. This is a 40 hour/week internship for the summer in our Santa Ana, CA location.
