This is a Temporary, Summer Internship position located at Estes' Richmond, VA Corporate Office and lasting from May to August (maximum of 3 months). The intern will assist with assigned HR projects and initiatives, working closely with management and experienced team members. They will perform various administrative tasks, including routine filing, data entry, research, auditing, proofing, data analysis, and reporting. The intern will gain a thorough understanding of Estes HR business processes and procedures and participate in on-the-job training specific to the HR department. Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers and assisting in tracking and maintenance of HR records are key. Ensuring confidentiality of protected information and compliance with company policies/legal requirements is essential. Regular attendance is required.
