About The Position

Airshare is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support key people’s initiatives during our summer internship program. This role offers hands-on, project-based experience and exposure to HR strategy, compensation, rewards and recognition, and employee experience. The role is based at Airshare’s Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (on-site; not remote or hybrid).

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Interest in people strategy, compensation, and organizational effectiveness
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Learn Airshare’s business, culture, and how HR partners with leaders and employees
  • Support the design of a rewards and recognition framework aligned with Airshare’s culture
  • Conduct compensation market research and summarize key insights
  • Assist in developing a clear HR roadmap that connects priorities, timing, and execution
  • Help design and finalize an intern satisfaction survey and recommended approach
  • Prepare project summaries and present recommendations to HR leadership
