About The Position

Aeroseal is looking for a Human Resources Intern that will assist us in our mission by supporting the Human Resources team with HR systems, reporting, process improvement initiatives, employee engagement activities, documentation management, and operational projects. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations while allowing the intern to contribute to projects that improve efficiency, organization, and the overall employee experience. THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365
• Interest in HR operations, analytics, and employee experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Creating HR dashboards and tracking tools
• Organizing and digitizing HR records

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and dashboard creation
• Support HR process improvement initiatives
• Help audit, organize, and maintain HR documentation and files
• Create and update HR process documentation and SOPs
• Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Support HR compliance and recordkeeping projects
• Conduct research on HR tools, trends, and operational best practices
• Assist with internship program coordination and internal events
• Partner with HR team members on special projects and administrative initiatives
• Help identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and organization
