About The Position

Support daily HR and recruiting operations by managing employee data, coordinating onboarding and documentation, and assisting with talent acquisition efforts. This role combines administrative responsibilities such as maintaining records, processing HR transactions in ADP, and supporting compliance with hands-on recruiting exposure, including building candidate pipelines and supporting hiring manager alignment. The intern will help ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience while gaining practical insight into corporate HR processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Demonstrates discretion, initiative, and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Support HR projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation
  • Prepare and manage paperwork for onboarding, training, and compliance filings
  • Process and update employee information in ADP Workforce Now
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding documentation and workflows
  • Track and log candidate and employee data for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Complete employment verifications, reference checks, and candidate correspondence
  • Obtain required signatures and approvals on HR documentation
  • Input and track employee training records in internal systems
  • Assist with document management initiatives, including record retention and shredding projects
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across Product, Sales, Engineering, and AI-focused roles
  • Provide candidate summaries highlighting strengths, gaps, and recommendations
  • Proactively manage candidate communications and follow-ups
  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers to support role alignment and hiring progress
  • Assist in other HR and recruiting functions as assigned
