Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Help organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives
- Assist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.
- Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Create presentations, reports, and employee communication materials
- Conduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practices
- Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects
