International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the 2026 Fall Internship class. The Human Resources Intern will support the Global People Support team, which is responsible for managing global compensation and benefits, employment policies, global mobility, global information systems, and HR metrics and analytics. The Human Resources Operations team ensures seamless HR operations, supports mission-driven projects, and drives innovative solutions to enhance productivity and support IJM’s people. The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience and relevant professional experience in the field. This position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates. The position requires 30-40 hours per week, primarily during the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm EST. As volunteers, interns and fellows receive a monthly stipend to help defray their expenses related to participating in the internship program. This volunteer stipend is not an hourly wage, nor wages paid for services provided by the intern or fellow. Fall internship program dates are September 14 – December 11, 2026.
