About The Position

The Human Resources Information System Analyst acts as an HRIS professional in the administration of the JMH Human Resources programs and associated systems. Performs systems support as it relates to wage and salary administration, performance management, recruiting, and general HR data management. Monitors, analyzes and makes recommendations for resolution of issues. Audits databases to maintain system integrity and consistency. Provides HRIS expertise in support of HR staff, HR management, JMH leadership and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of HR, compensation and/or benefits analyst experience.
  • Experience with enterprise database systems.
  • Experience with Workday in HCM and reporting.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of payroll and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) systems.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in HR and all types of programs, preferably performance management, and administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organization, planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical aptitude.
  • Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, set goals and consistently deliver timely and accurate products and services.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional courses/formalized training in HRIS/compensation and benefits.
  • Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer.
  • Health Care Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison with external HRIS vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations impacting the employee lifecycle.

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $64.19 - $96.29 Hourly
  • Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
  • Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
  • Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
