Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in HRIS software systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong technical efficiency of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Administering employee insurance and retirement plans, processing payroll changes, and benchmarking salary data
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations
Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in workforce planning and analysis
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR activities
