Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HRIS software systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong technical efficiency of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Administering employee insurance and retirement plans, processing payroll changes, and benchmarking salary data
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in workforce planning and analysis
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR activities
