About The Position

This entry-level role offers real exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and the day-to-day operations of a professional HR department. THE BASICS: We are hiring an entry-level HR - Human Resources Intern for a part‑time role with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $23 – $25 per hour . This part-time internship will run from June 1 through August 14 . You will work three days per week on a flexible schedule that supports both your academic and personal commitments.

Requirements

  • Rising senior or student graduating in May 2026
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

  • Organize, scan, and maintain employee personnel files while ensuring all records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Track employee attendance, call‑outs, and timekeeping information, helping maintain reliable data for the team.
  • Assist with resume screening and coordinate steps in the candidate selection process, while also maintaining recruitment and hiring tracking systems.
  • Prepare documentation and materials for new hire onboarding.
  • Help administer employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Perform general administrative and operational tasks that support the HR department's overall workflow.
