Arapahoe Libraries is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to help foster a workplace where employees feel supported, leaders feel equipped, and HR practices remain fair and consistent. The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in promoting a respectful workplace culture through employee relations, performance management, compliance, and partnership with leaders across the organization. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will partner with employees and leaders across the organization to support employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other key HR programs. You'll provide guidance on workplace issues, support investigations, administer core HR processes, and help leaders navigate complex employee matters. In addition, you'll contribute to compensation, learning and development, benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and other initiatives that support a strong employee experience.
