Arapahoe Libraries is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to foster a workplace where employees feel supported, leaders feel equipped, and HR practices remain fair and consistent. This role plays a key part in promoting a respectful workplace culture through employee relations, performance management, compliance, and partnership with leaders. The Generalist will partner with employees and leaders to support employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other key HR programs, providing guidance on workplace issues, supporting investigations, administering core HR processes, and helping leaders navigate complex employee matters. The role also contributes to compensation, learning and development, benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and other initiatives that support a strong employee experience.
