This is a fixed-term, 15-month position based at B2Gold’s Corporate Office in Vancouver, Canada. The role follows a hybrid work model of four days in-office and one day remote each week. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, Corporate, this position will be responsible for delivering and continuously improving HR programs and processes that enhance the overall employee experience across the corporate office. The role provides full-cycle HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, while ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance within HR systems including our HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with sound HR judgement, strong attention to detail and execution capabilities, and highly effective managing competing priorities independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
