We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist who is passionate about people, employee engagement, and building high-performing workplaces. In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees to support a broad range of human resources initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with a generalist focus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to promote effective HR practices and an outstanding work environment.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver engaging employee orientation programs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance, conflict resolution, and performance management matters.
  • Serve as a resource for labour relations and support a harmonious workplace culture.
  • Implement innovative HR programs that drive engagement, development, and retention.
  • Support workforce planning, career development, and employee coaching initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, payroll, Corporate HR, and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Coordinate disability claims management and return-to-work programs.
  • Facilitate HR-related training and maintain training records.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
