Requirements

Payroll experience in ADP is a must
Prior HR experience required
360 recruiting experience required
Associate or bachelor’s Degree and/or 5-7 years payroll experience is a must
Previous experience working with a payroll, time & attendance system.
Experience in employee relations
Basic benefits knowledge
Must have the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint at a high level
The ability to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively
Ability to use basic math skills to verify information in payroll as needed.
Ability to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

Track employee time & attendance and communicate needed edits with supervisors and managers
Prepare weekly hourly payroll
Full cycle recruiting from job posting to onboarding
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up to date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Assist in safety training and tracking
Performs other duties as assigned.
