The Human Resources Generalist supports various Human Resources activities including internal recruiting, Associate Relations, plant-wide Communication, compensation, benefits, training, associate development and relations with assigned functional units. Reviews and suggests improvements to current training plans and course content. Supports the HRBP function with standardization of programs, processes and systems. The Human Resources Business Partner is also the primary backup for Basic Skills Training and the onboarding of new Associates.
