The Human Resources Generalist will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and compliance while working closely with assigned staff, faculty, and leadership. To succeed in this position, the HR Generalist must have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity across all HR platforms including HRIS and other databases. By accurately managing employee data and upholding best practices in data handling, the HR Generalist will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department, ultimately enhancing the employee experience and supporting Westminster’s strategic objectives.
