Role Overview: We are seeking a highly execution-focused and adaptable HR Generalist to support our growing global workforce. Based in Mississauga, this role will provide end-to-end HR support across Canada while also supporting our U.S. employees. As an HR Generalist, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a key HR partner to employees and leaders across the organization. You will support the implementation of HR policies and programs, provide guidance on employee relations matters, and help drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This role will work primarily on site at our Mississauga Research & Development Centre, and will contribute to building a high-performing, engaged workforce within a dynamic environment by supporting talent and organizational initiatives aligned to business priorities. You will participate in company-wide programs such as compensation and salary reviews, workforce planning, and talent management and succession planning. Additionally, you will help ensure effective day-to-day HR operations, supporting administrative efficiency and consistency across multiple divisions.
