Key duties involve maintaining employee personnel files, handling daily email correspondence and phone calls, assisting with recruiting and interviewing qualified job applicants, and collaborating with departmental managers to identify required skills. The role also involves implementing the new hire onboarding process, responding to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, and performing routine tasks for human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, and performance and talent management.
