The Department of Natural Resources & Conservation (DNRC ) is seeking a motivated Human Resource Generalist. In this role, you will be the primary HR professional for the assigned DNRC's Forestry and Trust Lands Division, providing a full range of human resource services, including recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, FMLA/ADA administration, onboarding, training, classification and compensation, and EEO/Civil Rights compliance. You will advise leaders, coach employees, investigate workplace concerns, provide formal human resource training, and help design HR solutions that improve how the organization operates. As a member of the human resources team, you will work collaboratively to achieve collective agency human resource goals.
