The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key partner in delivering comprehensive human resources services. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions for a small 20‑employee entity, while also supporting enterprise‑wide HR initiatives across all affiliated companies (approximately 275 total employees). The Generalist will manage employee lifecycle activities, compliance, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. The role requires increased autonomy, complexity, and strategic involvement.
