The Human Resource Generalist facilitates the human resource processes for the company under the direction of the HR Business Partner. This role supports the HR Business Partner in selection, planning and administration of the employee health and benefit plans, resolves benefits-related problems, and ensures positive employee relations, and assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role serves as the main contact for daily HR questions and concerns from employees, and is responsible for proper record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry for the company.
