About The Position

The HR Generalist I supports a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, training and development, and HR compliance. This role partners with departments across the organization to address workplace concerns, implement HR programs and policies, analyze HR metrics, and promote a positive and compliant employee experience. The position also helps maintain awareness of employment law, industry trends, and best practices while contributing to process improvements that strengthen HR operations and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related business-focused field; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits administration and core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations, including leave administration, equal employment opportunity, disability accommodation, and related compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS and business systems; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
  • Business acumen; translating business requirements into related solutions
  • Flexible and able to remain calm in times of stress while managing multiple priorities at one time
  • Active listener with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Sound problem-solving technique with ability and persistence to generate options and select the best solution
  • Ability to build relationships based on trust to enable collaboration and cooperation amongst team members and internal/external stakeholders
  • Must be proactive, adaptable, and willing to contribute wherever support is needed within the organization

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
  • Work with the departments at Logically to implement effective employee relations policies
  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting conflict resolution
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Gather, analyze, and support HR metrics while simultaneously supporting core HR programs such as (but not limited to) compliance, succession planning, occupational health and safety, recognition, and training and development
  • Assist in suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of Logically’s HR department to continuously improve employee experience
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Assist in maintaining Logically’s compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and contribute to recommending best practices
  • Conduct employee orientation and help organize training & development
  • Promote internal HR programs to make sure employees are aware that Logically is fostering an efficient and conflict-free environment
  • Maintain and report awareness of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR, talent management and employment law
