The Rollins School of Public Health seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, technology-proficient Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative, communications, and program coordination support to the Human Resources team. The role supports HR training initiatives, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and special projects, creating professional, visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly materials. The coordinator develops HR communications and design materials; partners with HR and learning partners to coordinate training sessions, workshops, webinars, and professional development activities; and manages event logistics, schedules, records, and participant follow-up. The role also supports the organization and maintenance of HR standard operating procedures, process guides, job aids, templates, and SharePoint resources. Additional duties include tracking project activities and deadlines; completing employee transaction forms and routing them for approval; composing and proofreading correspondence and reports; answering routine questions about HR and organizational policies; maintaining files and records; distributing incoming mail; and scheduling meetings, appointments, and special events. The position may work from home regularly but requires the ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based on business needs. Residency in Georgia is required, and Emory may change the remote-work status with notice.
