We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department while providing administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed. Requirements

  • Previous Human Resources experience preferred
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS, or benefits administration is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and HR systems
  • Strong in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database/system navigation
  • Interested in benefits administration, employee programs, and event coordination
  • Professional, collaborative, and service-minded
  • Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Assist in a variety of HR functional areas, including Benefits Administration, HRIS Administration, Learning Management System (LMS) Administration, and HR Operations & Employee Experience.
  • Support employee benefit programs and enrollment processes.
  • Assist with benefits communication and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire benefits orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee information in HR systems.
  • Support data accuracy, reporting, and system administration activities.
  • Support training assignments, tracking, reporting, and system updates.
  • Assist with employee learning and development coordination.
  • Coordinate HR programs, activities, and special events.
  • Support onboarding and new hire experiences.
  • Provide administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining HR documentation, records, and compliance activities.
