About The Position

The Human Resource Coordinator will coordinate the onboarding of new staff in addition to other HR administrative tasks. This information is intended to be descriptive of the key responsibilities of the position. The following examples do not identify all duties performed by any single incumbent.

Requirements

  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PowerPoint as well as working with HRIS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or equivalent with two or more years of Human Resources related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma with at least one year of HR experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Completes onboarding for all new employees to include reference checks, verifying credentials, licenses and education and AHCA/DCF eligibility.
  • Generates reports using HRIS system or excel spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Handles private and confidential employee information and completes I9 and Everify.
  • Inputs all Personnel Actions Forms into HRIS system.
  • Completes monthly OIG monitoring and license renewals as well as MVRs and monthly monitoring.
  • Completes all Workers Compensations claims and reporting them to the insurance carrier as well as updating the information in ADP and completing OSHA paperwork and reports.
  • Completes new hire orientation with staff for the human resources policies and procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with federal regulations and pays attention to detail to ensure all things are up to date and accurate for staff files.
  • Assists with pulling required information for audits.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
