About The Position

We are looking for an HR Coordinator who brings a high level of professionalism and integrity to every interaction. This person should be approachable, trustworthy, and able to build rapport and earn respect across all departments and job levels - from employees on the production floor to company leadership. The right individual will be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, asking thoughtful questions, and finding practical solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a rapidly expanding company. As Polywater continues to grow, this position has strong potential to develop into an HR Generalist role in the near future. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely reflects our core values: Positive Attitude, Work Ethic, Inquisitive, Provides Solutions, and Team Player. This is primarily an on-site position. After the initial training period, there will be an opportunity to work from home one day per week in coordination with the Director of HR. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for day-to-day HR activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, this position supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee records, training, compliance, and employee communications. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting production employees, supervisors, and leadership.
