About The Position

York is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide support to the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. This role is responsible for delivering new hire orientation, maintaining accurate HRIS data, managing employee files, and providing general administrative support while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional environment.
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • 2+ years of HRIS or ATS experience.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and an aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma required.
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Willingness to work full-time in office in Greenwood Village, CO

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS and support routine reporting, data integrity checks, and audits while handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding experience, including scheduling, preparing materials, managing logistics, and completing tasks such as I-9 verification.
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit documentation, system access removal, and employee file updates.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate logistics, preparing offer materials, and advancing background checks.
  • Monitor incoming HR inquiries from shared inboxes and walk-up requests, routing them to the appropriate team member for timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and projects that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Deliver responsive, service-oriented support to employees, managers, and candidates.
  • Maintain an on-site presence Monday–Friday (8AM–5PM) to ensure consistent team and client support.
