About The Position

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in building and supporting the team behind our mission. From recruiting top talent to ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding, you’ll help shape the employee experience from day one.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience or a degree in HR (or related field)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity and/or CentralReach is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting efforts for RBTs and students (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Manage onboarding and new hire orientation using Paylocity & CentralReach
  • Support employee relations, performance tracking, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and compliance documentation (I-9, background checks, etc.)
  • Coordinate credentialing with insurance funders
  • Represent WeEvolve at career fairs and university events
  • Assist with HR projects, reporting, and day-to-day operations
