Barminco Mining Services USA has an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at a project location 65 miles outside of Elko, Nevada. The HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering consistent, on-the-ground human resources support at the mine site and ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR operations. As an HR Coordinator, you will be the go-to resource for all site-level HR matters, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits enrollment, training logistics, and employee support. This role serves as a key point of contact for site employees and supervisors. This is a hands-on, service-driven role that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and comfort working in both office and field environments.
