Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support timekeeping administration, reporting, and related administrative processes
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave administration, open enrollment, and employee communications
  • Support audits, annual compliance activities, reporting requirements, and related documentation
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-up activities
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting employee events, recognition programs, engagement activities, and company initiatives
  • Support departmental projects and operational activities
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
