About The Position

Performs a broad range of highly confidential HR functions while serving as a strategic partner to leadership. The HRBP is responsible for building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and employees to support CVHS’s mission and organizational objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leave of absence. The HRBP partners closely with leadership to drive business and people strategies, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to enhance performance, engagement, and retention of a high-performing workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three years experience in a HRBP role.
