About The Position

The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Team, which includes maintaining all employees’ personnel, files medical files, assist with organizing employee events and other specials projects as needed. This role requires you keep all matters regarding employee information verbal or otherwise with the highest level of confidentiality. To be able to work in a fast-paced environment, to work as team-player with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • One (1) year experience in quantity cooking is desired, a basic knowledge of modified diets; training in food service sanitation; experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils; and some prior kitchen supervisory experience helpful.
  • Current Certified Food Handler Card preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing personnel-related documents for TJC surveys.
  • Prepare personnel files and maintain personnel records in accordance to facility and corporate personnel policies and guidelines.
  • Audit personnel files, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Validate licenses of all employees through the appropriate licensing board.
  • Sending out the SkillSurvey questionnaires and return key deposit letters to terminated employees.
  • Log in Onboarding documents on spreadsheet and email department heads.
