About The Position

Human Resources Business Partner Make an Impact Where People and Operations Meet Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments? We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Distribution Center (DC) network and play a critical role in shaping a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce. Please note this is an on-site role, based out of our Easton, PA corporate office. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with operations leaders, influencing business outcomes through people strategies while serving as a trusted advisor, coach, and culture champion. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a consultative HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and compliance
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel and support multiple locations and shifts

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to DC leadership on workforce planning, performance, succession, and organizational effectiveness
  • Translate business goals into practical HR strategies that drive productivity, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities—and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy rollouts
  • Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compliance
  • Conduct investigations, manage corrective actions, and guide conflict resolution
  • Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, documentation, and development planning
  • Represent the organization in unemployment claims and hearings, ensuring strong documentation and outcomes
  • Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, and psychological safety across all locations
  • Partner with leaders to design and execute engagement and retention programs
  • Lead employee listening efforts such as roundtables and feedback sessions, turning insights into action
  • Coordinate recognition programs and engagement events
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple locations
  • Partner with Corporate HR to implement companywide policies and compliance initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Benefits, FMLA, LOA, ADA, and related areas
  • Manage unemployment claim processes end-to-end, including documentation and hearings
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting through HRIS systems
