Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience, including demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information.
- Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
