About The Position

International Motors is seeking a Human Resources Business Integrator Fellow to partner with Commercial and Service Solutions Sales leaders. This role focuses on translating business strategy into organizational capability by leveraging business insight, workforce intelligence, leadership coaching, and integrated HR expertise. The Fellow will act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate complexity, anticipate organizational challenges, and build capabilities for long-term success. The position involves integrating expertise from various HR Centers of Excellence to provide coordinated, business-focused solutions. The role requires coaching leaders on talent, organizational health, culture, and performance, and enabling them to lead their organizations effectively. Success in this role depends on business acumen, systems thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence. The role requires being in the office four days a week (Monday-Thursday) and one day remote (Friday). International's HR Business Integrators are expected to help leaders solve business problems by integrating expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence. The goal is to help leaders build stronger organizations, develop exceptional talent, and deliver measurable business results. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of HR or Organizational Development experience

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, Lean/Six Sigma, Workforce Analytics, AI, or Executive Coaching are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align workforce, leadership, and organizational priorities with business strategy and operational objectives.
  • Help leaders translate business strategy into practical workforce, talent, and organizational plans that strengthen execution.
  • Integrate expertise across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated solutions that address complex business and workforce challenges.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen accountability for talent, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, and culture.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development discussions that build long-term organizational capability.
  • Guide leaders through complex employee relations matters, organizational changes, executive staffing decisions, investigations, and organizational risk.
  • Recommend organizational design, operating model, and workforce solutions that improve collaboration, accountability, execution, and business performance.
  • Leverage workforce analytics, AI-enabled tools, employee insights, and business metrics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and improve leadership decision-making.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives that strengthen adoption, leadership alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, Legal, Shared Solutions, and business leadership to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable business value.
