About The Position

The HR Associate who will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition and HR activities. This role will be a part of our hiring team and serves as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners. The HR Associate is responsible for managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and administrative coordination across multiple roles, locations, and time zones. This role will also be responsible for supporting the HR team with various projects and will assist with maintaining employee data and records in Workday. This is a hybrid position which may require up to 3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related discipling
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related administrative support role
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of activity and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to utilize various communications channels to complete tasks (phone, MS Teams, email and text messaging)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate environment.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to document and organize information accurately.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting high volume or multilocation hiring.
  • Experience working at a pharma or biotech company
  • Familiarity with interview coordination across different time zones.
  • Working knowledge of Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage interview logistics, including scheduling across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling of candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and clear communication throughout the interview process.
  • Support Human Resources team and hiring managers by organizing, scheduling, arranging on-site logistics and disseminating interview materials.
  • Maintain and update key tracking tools and business documents related to interview scheduling and candidate status.
  • Manage candidate and employee records and job requisitions within Workday HRIS
  • Process expenses from candidates obtained in interview process.
  • Support the Recruitment and HR function with special projects on an as needed basis.
  • May provide onsite support with interviews, company gatherings and events.
